Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the rental. If the payment has already been made, it will be refunded less the costs of the transaction. If you wish, you can opt for a new start and end date by reserving Live Electric Tours the right to accept the change if you are able to accept the new period.

Renting Conditions

100€ deposit per car (to be refunded at the end of the tour in the absence of incidents). Maximum of 2 persons (including the driver) per car. The Renault Twizy is a two-seater car with airbag and seat belts.
Valid driving license required. Children under 4 years are not allowed.
Children (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult. A booster seat can be provided on request with no extra costs..
