Santa Catarina Viewpoint: Better known as Viewpoint of Adamastor, this is where you can have one of the best views in the city. Portas do Sol Viewpoint: With a view worthy of an illustrated postcard, this is one of the most beautiful and sought after viewpoints in the city. Located in the historic neighborhood of Alfama, it offers breathtaking views over the Tagus River and several well-known monuments of the Portuguese capital, such as the Church of São Vicente do Fora or the National Pantheon.
